Sun Moon Stars
Set up in late 2008 by hip hop engineer/producer Nick Cooke and songwriter Angie Turnbull, Sun Moon Stars creates lo fi uplifting pieces that allude to the surreal understandings of everyday life. A mixture of organic and electronic elements this is music created on a computer but with a more human feel. They have been receiving warm reviews for the single “Violet Morning” with it soon to be on the sound track of Canadian director Coby Calahan’s new movie.
